How It All Began
Hi there 😃 Thanks for taking the time to read a little bit about me - Coach Dan! As you probably know I am a certified exercise and nutrition coach. It all started with my love for exercise (I'm your typical gym rat) and my belief that the only medication you need is healthy food. As I continued in my fitness journey I started noticing some changes in my body and my mental state; I quickly learnt that true fitness and health is skin deep so I began researching the implications of mindful action on my internal health and discovered that our internal environment reflects to our external appearance. Therefore I started including mental health and awareness into my training programs. It's such a blessing to be able to share my teachings and experiences with you. I hope you find it most fun and beneficial to your whole person
My Approach
My approach to fitness is that I build my world around exercise and diet. This is also what I implement in my programs. It's a very beautiful approach because you learn so much about yourself and certain life skills that apply to different scenarios. DISCIPLINE, GRIT, COMMITMENT, SELF-LOVE, COMPASSION FOR OTHERS AND PATIENCE are some of the aspects that you will develop when you start taking your health seriously, everyday.

About My Coaching Packages
A significant portion of our coaching together involves The Self-Inquiry Method that allows us to dig deeper into your current habit patterns and mindsets to help you understand your action/thought patterns better. This allows us to create a plan to replace the unwanted habits in your life with positive & healthier outlets as well as alternatives to in order to build a body & a lifestyle that you can fall in love with.
There is quite a bit of contradicting information out there when it comes to nutrition & fitness and my passion is to simplify these exercise and healthy eating principles so that you can use them in real-time, reap their benefits and create YOUR version of a sustainable, healthy lifestyle that is entirely unique to you!
