Before any design or development work begins, a formal proposal outlining the project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing must be reviewed and approved by the client in writing. This ensures alignment, transparency, and professional execution from the start. Any additional requests or changes introduced after approval will require a revised quote or a separate invoice, depending on scope and complexity.

• All DW visual design and systems projects are executed through clearly defined payment phases. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm project commencement and secure production time. Remaining balances are due according to the milestones outlined in the approved proposal. DigitiaWebtrone reserves the right to pause or withhold deliverables if scheduled payments are delayed. Work timelines are calculated based on timely feedback, approvals, and payment adherence by the client.

• All creative and technical intellectual property produced during the project remains the property of DigitiaWebtrone until final payment is completed in full. Upon settlement, clients receive the right to use the final delivered designs, visuals, or systems strictly for their internal business operations and approved platforms. Editable source files, layered design assets, raw project files, backend access, and proprietary frameworks remain the intellectual property of DigitiaWebtrone unless explicitly transferred in writing for an additional fee.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely content, including brand assets, text, references, and approvals necessary for project execution. Delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, indecision, or third-party dependencies may extend delivery timelines without penalty to DigitiaWebtrone. DW is not responsible for creative outcomes impacted by inaccurate or misleading client-provided materials.

• All delivered visual designs and systems undergo testing and internal quality checks prior to handover. Clients are granted a defined review period to assess outputs and request refinements within the agreed scope. Any technical issues or design bugs identified within the stated warranty period will be resolved at no additional cost. Requests for new features, stylistic changes outside scope, or future expansions are treated as new work and billed separately.

• DigitiaWebtrone is not liable for issues resulting from unauthorized modifications, misuse of delivered assets, lack of internal training, incompatible devices, outdated software, poor internet connectivity, hosting disruptions, or third-party platform limitations. Clients are encouraged to maintain proper internal processes and technical environments to ensure optimal performance of delivered systems and designs.

• All business, creative, and operational information shared during the engagement is treated as confidential and handled securely. Clients agree not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or commercially replicate DigitiaWebtrone’s proprietary design systems, frameworks, templates, or workflows. For projects involving sensitive data or internal systems, clients are responsible for enforcing appropriate access controls and cybersecurity practices within their organization.

• DigitiaWebtrone reserves the right to showcase completed visual design or system projects in its portfolio, website, presentations, and marketing materials unless confidentiality is formally requested in writing prior to final delivery. These terms apply to all DigitiaWebtrone visual design and systems projects unless superseded by a signed custom contract. Engagement with DigitiaWebtrone confirms full understanding and acceptance of these terms.
